Brief

With the dealership staff busy with the day-to-day running of the business, they needed someone to take ownership of their social media channels to engage with their customers, create unique content, promote products and services and drive enquiries.

The dealerships existing social media channels included Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and were mainly dormant due to a lack of time to invest in them.

Deliverables

We took control of the dealership’s social media channels and took the initiative to create interesting content to post on the dealerships behalf. After taking a brief from the dealer principal and adding our own suggestions, we agreed on a mix of sales/aftersales content, alongside interesting motorcycle news and some light hearted entertainment, to keep customers and followers interacting with the dealership online.

It was important for the dealership that all of their brands, which included Suzuki, Royal Enfield and Lexmoto, and services such as workshop, clothing and accessories, were all represented on social media. We created unique content to post daily or every other day, which included a range of formats such as text, images, videos, animated GIFs, polls and more.

Results
